Jennifer has been with the firm since 2006 and became a Partner in 2010. She has expertise in a range of family law matters including divorce, finances, cohabitee disputes and private children matters such as contact, residence and leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. She has represented a varied and diverse clientele and ensures that each of her clients receive the same high level of care and attention.
Jennifer is approachable and level headed. She is able to assess a problem calmly and efficiently and give clear advice.
Jennifer is a trained collaborative lawyer and a committed member of Resolution who will strive to deal with each case in a non-confrontational manner. However, she is not afraid of being firm where necessary and is able to deal effectively with highly litigious cases.
Jennifer read law at Bristol University, has a Masters degree in Child Law from Keele University and obtained a Distinction for her Legal Practice Course.
